The woman, from Ceduna on South Australia's west coast, was one of 14,400 drivers tested at the weekend as part of Operation Consequence.
Of those, 178 were found to be over the limit and 93 of those recorded blood alcohol levels high enough to have their licences suspended immediately.
The highest reading was the woman at Ceduna who blew 0.263, more than five times the legal limit.
