Cops arrest 27 minors for drinking in Hanover

Four adults from Hanover were charged with alcohol-related offenses. They include Brian Guo, who is 18 and lives at house on Sunset Drive; Jeffery Popadines, 19, Robert Cichocki, 18; Eric Mattessich, 18.

The suspects were all released, pending a court hearing.

Their arrests fell on the same weekend that dozens of teenagers from Randolph were arrested at a post-prom party in Vermont. And 23 -- nine of whom were under 18 -- were arrested Friday night on alcohol charges after arriving via party bus at the Middletown South High School prom.
