In cases when the accused faces charges of both impaired driving (care or control of a motor vehicle) and over 80 mgs (exceeding the legal blood-alcohol limit), only one charge will remain while the other is withdrawn at the time of sentencing.

Stephen Junkin, 48, was given a peace bond for fear of injury or damage and had charges including three counts of criminal harassment and single counts of indecent act with intent and failing to comply with conditions all withdrawn.

Michael McGill, 27, was given one day of concurrent jail time and served one week in pre-sentence custody for failing to appear on a promise to appear. For being unlawfully at large, he also served 10 days in pre-sentence custody and was given one day of consecutive jail time.
